The Crime and Code Awareness Committee is intended to help educate ourselves and our neighbors about our community and the things that happen here daily. In order to prevent break-ins we need to know our neighbors well enough to call the police if we see someone in the neighborhood who does not belong.
As good citizens and good neighbors we need to watch out for one another and our property. The goal of the CCAC is to be the eyes and ears of the police. Law enforcement cannot possibly patrol every inch of our neighborhoods at every moment they need the community to help and to inform them when something suspicious is happening.
In order to make Rosewood a safer and stronger community we need to respect our neighbors. Following not only the codes of Rosewood but just general common courtesies as a neighbor will lead to a better living environment. Following simple guidelines like bringing in your trash cans after trash day and not parking in the front yard will make the neighborhood and your neighbors more pleasant.
The CCAC intends to help educate Rosewood residents on the guidelines already set forth for being a good neighbor.
